Allied Express Celebrates 40 years of Innovation in Supply Chain and Logistics

On Thursday, 13th of December 2018 Allied Express celebrated a historic milestone – it’s 40th Anniversary.

Like all great success stories, Allied’s began back in 1978 with one man and a vision – today, it’s Australia’s largest, independently owned courier and express freight company.

The company has and will continue to be, built upon the incredible spirit and passion of the people who each contributed to make it the pioneering logistical solution provider it is today.

To celebrate this achievement a special dinner was organised for those who were instrumental in building the company into what it is today. Esteemed guests included past and present employees and their partners from around the country, along with the Allied Express Executive team.

The evening was filled with the stories of the opportunities and challenges faced throughout the 40-year history – the Up’s, the downs and everything in between, which included many entertaining memoirs from the staff of the Allied family along the way.

A green picture wall provided glimpses into the journey dating back to 1978 which served well to support all the amazing stories being told throughout the night.

A big, heartfelt thank you and congratulations to the all of the staff, their families for all the hard work and dedication to make the business what it is today – we couldn’t have done it without you!
